Rules & Requirements are adopted by the family council.
Each resident will be required to sign a contract to abide by these Rules & Requirements:

Requirements:

• You will need to have a strong desire to achieve sobriety.
• You will need to be sober before entering the house. This is not a detoxification program.
• There will be on site drug and alcohol testing.
• You will need to make a 90 day minimum commitment to reside at U-Stick House.
• You will need to be employed, be a full time student or obtain employment within two weeks of entering the house.
• You will need to obtain an active 12 Step sponsor within two weeks of entering the house.
• You will need to maintain a regular schedule of 12 Step meeting attendance.

Rules:

• Drinking alcohol or using narcotics in any form is strictly prohibited.
• Disrespectful, foul and undesirable behavior will not be tolerated.
• Racial or sexual harassment will not be tolerated.
• No knives, weapons, or firearms of any kind are allowed.
• No sex is allowed on the premises.
• No overnight guests are allowed in the residence.
• Each resident is expected to clean up after himself.
• Each resident is expected to maintain good hygiene.
• A good 12 Step meeting attendance must be maintained.
• Each resident will be assigned a household chore that must be performed daily.
• Each resident is required to sign in and out of the house and be accountable for their whereabouts.

Violation of any of these rules is subject to immediate termination of residency.
